Multiple Nodules on the neck.

My daughter is 3 years old and she started drinking cows milk when she was 14 months old. All her immunisation injections are up to date. She is a fairly healthy child but her main ailment has always been symptoms of common cold since she was a baby. Prior to winter to date she has been suffering from chronic rhinitis and coughs a lot at night. We used all types of cough mixtures, post nasal drips medication and only had temporary relief. We also discovered multiple nodules on her neck but they dont seem to be painful. She had allergy and TB test done and came out negative but positive for eggs. Are the nodules caused by constant coughing, are they harmful or could they be cancer?

Pato, the nodules might be enlarged lymph nodes due to a chronic infection, so the best would be to do a full blood count. This will tell you if there is an infection and will also pick up things like lymphoma. The best doctor to see in connection with this would be a paediatrician, so maybe you should start by seeing one. Good luck.
