I have heard so much about MSG being bad for you. Is this true? Should I avoid avoid all foods that contain MSG?

Dear Concerned
You need only avoid MSG if you are one of the very few individuals who are sensitive or allergic to glutamates. Glutamates occur in practically all foods, including human milk, so eating foods that contain some MSG is not harmful to the general public.
