Can the uterus move out of position and what would make it do this - if it was not something like growths. Can it also shrink?

Some women have a uterus which lies backwards. The uterus can also prolapse, usually due to childbirth. The size can change and this is usually related to hormones. The uterus often shrinks after the menopause.
