Dear Molly
The nutritive values of molasses I mentioned are per 100 ml. Now a tablespoon is 15 ml and a teaspoon is 5 ml. You can work out the nutritive content of the amount you usually take, e.g. 15/100 x nutritive content in g or mg, etc.
