Molasses

HI

Thanks for replying to my previous post..is it true that one
should avoid taking molasses with milk cause it does something to the iron in it...

Dear Kevin
It's a pleasure. Milk does not really contain much iron and I doubt that taking milk and molasses together will really affect the iron in the molasses. It is possible that the calcium in milk may react with the iron in molasses, but I do not think this would occur to a great degree.
