I have had the Mirena for nearly 3 years. We want to start a family now and I had in removed a week ago. How long before I can fall pregnant?

I fell pregnant the first month I had it removed. I think the norm for your body to return to normal is about 4 months though. Then of course it can take a average healthy couple up to a year to conceive anyway.
