This depends if the person has a lactose intolerance or is allergic to the protein in milk. If the person is lactose intolerant then he/she should be able to use small quantities of yoghurt because most of the lactose is removed during the fermentation process. If the person is allergic to milk protein then he/she would also probably be allergic to the proteins in yoghurt.
