Dear Bapza
There is no difference between the fat content of skim and 2% milk, so your gain in weight must be due to other reasons. There are many factors which could account for weight gain: increased food intake, lack of exercise, depression, hormonal changes, etc. Try using a low-fat, high-fibre diet instead (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss' , ‘The right approach' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy) and combine this with regular exercise.
