Menstruation & pregnancy

Firstly is it possible to conceive with only one ovary , does it usually take longer ? Can you have your period during early pregnancy?

You should be able to conceive with one ovary. It just takes over the function of both ovaries. It should not take longer to conceive. You can have an implantation bleed in early pregnancy which may be confused with a period.
