Our expert says:
In general supplements such as staminogro, fertiboost etcetera are of little benefit in patients who have an adequate balanced diet. In addition, these supplements will not correct structural abnormalities such as endometriosis, fibroids or blocked fallopian tubes. Also in cases of obstructive azoospermia (sperm ducts are blocked) there would be very little benefit derived from using these supplements. Furthermore, these supplements have not been tested in double blind placebo control trials of sufficient size to warrant its regular use in clinical practice. Furthermore, the use of clomid without supervision should be discouraged since clomid can certainly cause certain problems, which could in some cases be potentially fatal. I would therefore recommend that you have an adequate work up for fertility before taking medication empirically.
