can you please give me some detail info on cylif as i would like to change from lilly to cylif

Sounds like you mean Cilift, which is a good antidepressant, a generic ( that is, chemically identical but sinificantly cheaper ) version of a drug otherwise sold under another name by the originating company at a much higher price. But the original for CIlift was made by Lundback, and not by Lilly. Lilly makes many drugs, and the closest would be Prozac, the grand-daddy of this family of antidepressants, and which also makes Lilly-Fluoxetine, a generic version of their own drug. SO you'd obviously check with the prescribing doc, but if you change from Fluoxetine, whther from Lilly or someone else to a different AD, Cilift is a good alternative which suits many people very well
