Meal Replacements Shakes

I would like to know if its healthy to have meal replacement shakes throughout the day and 1 normal meal in the day

Check the nutrient composition of the shakes you intend using so see if 2 servings provide about 60% of the daily requirement for most of the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, protein, etc). Also check if 1 serving of the shake contains less than 2800 kJ (1/3 of your daily energy intake when you are an adult man and on a slimming regimen). If the shake meets these requirements, then you can certainly use it twice a day while still eating a normal meal once a day. Make sure that you eat plenty of fibre (wholewheat bread or starch or brown rice or vegetables) at that meal to prevent constipation as most shakes are low in fibre.

i have looked up the shakes and it is okay
i have been taqking it 2-3 times daily with fruit n veg in between its been working out great,thanks

these can be dangerous for your thyroid, I used to take a protein shake containing soy lecithin and now have a goiter.

ensure that the shake does not contain lecithin, at least not soybean lecithin.
