Is meal replacements (e.g. Herbalife) regarded as a high protein diet? Is this a healthy way of dieting if mixed with e.g. low fat/ fat free milk or fruit juice? Intake of water?

Dear Roses
If you suffer from diabetes, high bp and overweight as you said just now, then please don't play with your health and see a dietitian ASAP. These meal replacements will not address your diabetes and may even be harmful.
Please do the sensible thing and see that dietitian.
Best regards
