Dear Candy
It is always better to use real foods, rather than meal replacement supplements, but in your case it may help seeing that you are very busy and can't find healthy meals on campus. You will have to ask your pharmacist if any of the ingredients of USN diet fuel milkshake interact with St John's wort as the latter is know to react with certain other compounds. Just check that a serving of the milkshake does not provide more than 2100 kJ (i.e. 1/3 of your daily energy intake when slimming) otherwise it won't promote weightloss.
