If you work in a hospital you should follow infectious disease guidelines ( wearing gloves, mask and protective clothing) as instructed. If it is just in a normal workplace, good ventilation, letting sunlight in (ultraviolet kills TB bacteria), any staff that coughs for more than a week or have weightloss and nightsweats need to see a doctor for evaluation.
