"Maryna" procedure?

I believe this is a device which stops the uterus wall from shedding and this in turn lessens and finally stops U menstruating?
I am 48, sterilized, still menstruate for 7 days every 21 days and suffer from period pains and now regularly spot during the "off" period. Will I be a possible candidate for this procedure? I dont want to undergo a hysterectomy.

The Mirena is like an intrauterine device. It should work for you
