Male - morning nauseau

Good morning. My husband is a diabetic, 2 tablets again. Had his sugar tested resently and under control. For the last couple of months, he is very nauseau in the mornings and only once he has brought everything up, does he start to feel better. We eat between 6pm and 7pm every night, with a last cup of coffee around 9ish. He does not smoke or drink any alchohol. He does not want to go to the doctor.

Dear Buddy
He needs to have his blood sugar tested, as one grows older your medication needs to be changed to ensure that your sugar stays controlled - there is no easy way out. The nausea could also be due to a second problem like a peptic ulcer, or inflammation of the stomach lining.
