Malaria Medication

What medication can I take for malaria, with minimum side effects. I am going to the victoria falls. Do I have to start medication before I leave?

EK dink dit sal baie help om aalwynsap te drink en knoffel te eet behalwe nou van die medikasie. Die reuk van jou bloed speel 'n groot rol. Ek gaan ook 'n malariagebied binne die 16de en sal wil weet van die medikasie.
