No they won't. The resistance is too low and in order to build muscle, you need to really be going quite intensive weight lifting. And spinning and a few lunges will not do this. People have this perception, which is unfortunate, and I think part of it is because in the early phases, there is a tendency to increase muscle mass. But if you push past that, then you start burning fat and you end up with less that you began with. So that means you will need to stick with it in order to achieve long term results.
