Lunch?

Is this ok for lunch when trying to loose weight:

2 x crisp bread (no butter)
4 slices of light cheese
tuna with a tiny bit of light mayo
Tomato

Yes, this should be adequate. Just make sure that the cheese you use is low-fat (Litchten Blanc or fat-free cottage cheese), as cheeses can be high in fat. Also add other 'free vegetables' like cucumber, watercress, lettuce, gherkins, celery, etc to your lunch to provide vitamins and variety.

Juice: I only use one table spoon with it and don't have it daily.

mayo? Why? Even though its light (I which I normally keep in my house) do not use more than 1 table spoon per day, bad for you!
