Lumber L4/5

Hi there Cyberdoc

I have spoken to you about my prevoius ops already. I've had L4/5 discetomy in 2004 again one 1 March 2006 and now its re-occured as the same pain I had before my ops has started again. I have had another MRI recently and according to the reults I have a large left side recurrent disc hernia associated with some granulation tissue catching the L4 and L5 nerve roots. Would surgery be required again or will it go away on its own? My Neurosurgeon has advised that I stop working due to my lumbar problems, I have disability cover but require some more info, do you perhaps know of anyone you could assist me with some questions needing answers with regards to disability etc.
Thanks
Michelle
