Lower back pain and 4 months pregnant

Hi, I' ve suffered from lower back pain in the past, but I am now 4 months pregnant and experiencing severe lower back pain, to the right side with pains going down my right leg. I am seeing a chiropractor, which is helping, but I was wondering if there is something else I could be doing as well ? Are there any safe medications or an injection that I can have during pregnancy ? Would going for some physiotherapy as well as seeing my chiropractor help ? I want to sort this problem out now before I get really big and suffer even more !

The chiropractic care should help a great deal, and yes - some physiotherapy won't do any harm. Medications are a bit risky during pregnancy - be careful!!
