Dear Extremist
Your perceived lack of energy could be due to perfectly natural causes a) the fact that you overdo your exercise which is not a good idea b) slight depression due to the breakup c) lack of sufficient carbohydrates in your diet to make provision for your high energy needs. Click on 'Fitness' at the top of this page and then on 'Nutrition' and read the articles on carb and protein intake. The supplements may help, but you also need to relax and give yourself time to get over your emotional stress, and also not overdo your sky diving.
Best regards
