low fat cheese

dear dietician

does regular mozarella cheese have less fat than regular cheddar / sweetmilk cheese? i'm looking for a more low fat option that my husband (who is not as health conscious as me) will also enjoy. what about feta cheese. is that also very fattening?

Dear Girl
Mozzarella cheese contains 21.6g of fat per 100g, while Cheddar contains 33.1g, so there is quite a difference. Feta cheese on the other hand also contains about 21.3g/100g, so Mozzarella and Feta have a lower fat content than Cheddar cheese.
