Loop op tone

My dogtertjie van vier jaar loop permanent op haar tone, al herinner ek haar kort kort om normaal te loop. Kan dit skadelik wees vir haar, of is daar dalk reeds iets wat abnormaal is dat sy nie gewoonweg loop nie.

What is likely to be happening is that her claf muscles are too tight and therefore force her to walk on her toes. Try massaging and gently stretching them with the knee bant and straight. There is a good chance this is all she will need to normalise her walk.

Ek het dieselfde probleem gehad, kuitspiere was 'te kort'. Hulle het dit gerek to ek standerd 3 was. Dit was nie seer nie, ses weke van ongemak (gips tot net onder die knie beide bene vir ses weke) en onthou physio daarna.

Kan nou platvoet loop - loop egter nog op tone (uit gewoonte).

Daar is oefeninge wat mens kan doen. Vind uit by physio daarvan.

Voordeel is - almal dink ek is 'n atleet met baie mooi kuite.
