Long term health risks of Caesarian

I would like to know if there are any long term effects or risks associated with having a straight forward and uncomplicated caesarian section. Are there any links to high cancer risk for the mother or complications in old age.
Thank you.

The long term complications are a slight decrease in fertility, the risk of adhesions and abdominal pain and an increased risk of heavy periods. There is not increase in cancer risk.

Best wishes
