I always like people to get a medical clearance as the initial part of their sexual assessment. Sexual symptoms are frequently a sign of an underlying yet undetected illness.

At your young age the chances of an illness are less than an older woman yet check it out first. Then you need an assessment by a sex therapist or a health care provider who knows how to take a sexual history. There are many contributing factors to women loosing or never yet experiencing their sexuality- medication, including oral contraceptives, to SSRI for depression, to excessive alcohol to a poor relationship with her own body, her partner, her mother; childhood sexual abuse plus many other factors.
Before blaming yourself , or labeling yourself as sexually "wrong" get an assessment done.
