Leg cramps are common in pregnancy. Eating banana's for potassium might help, so might calcium supplements, and also slo-mag (magnesium).

I took slo-mag, ate banana's and drank extra milk for mine, though none of it really helped.

Hi
I suffered from the same cramps, My gynae said I should use a calcium supplement like caltrate and they are gone now.
