Leg cramps and TENS

Does anyone have any remedies for leg cramps esp. at night when I'm trying to sleep. (like extra supplements or maybe exercises that help)
Also has anyone used a TENS machine. If yes, did it help with the pains (pregnancy and labour), where did you hire one from and how much did it cost

You could try calcium supplements for the leg cramps.

I have heard that cramping is generally due to a lack of potassium. Possibly eating a banana daily could help in this instance. It seemed to work for me as I was also cramping at night.

Hope this helps.
