Left Side Temporal Lobe Headache

Hi, I am 36yrs old, have been having these headaches everydayf for the past 3 weeks. Face feels slightly numb on the left side. Left eye also feels funny. Have also started getting muscle twitches all over body and the lip. Dont' know how to explain, but my tongue feels funny, likes its caught. When I sleep i sometimes feel my body jerk, slight jerks. My left ear also throbs and i feel pressure in both ears, had my ears checked out, no infection

What do i do, who do i see, i am terrified. This headache won't go away, don't have sinus problems.

Do you think i should have a MRI. Pls advise.

Thank you for a great forum and your input is appreciated

Dear Kay
See your GP first - he will refer you to a neurologist and for a MRI if needed. This does not sound like a "normal" headache and needs further investigation.
