Labour pains

Am i delaying the baby to come if Im on labour pain sitting on a chair crossing my legs, instead of laying on a bed?

If you'd like to make the labour pains easier, I'd advise you to walk around. Just remember that sometimes a contraction can be a bit overwhelming, so make sure you have someone withh you or close by to support you.

If you feel the contraction starting, lean against a wall with both hands, inhale and exhale deeply until the contraction has passed and then carry on walking around.
