gun shot L4,L5 nerves damage no movement on my left foot depending on crushes to walk pls assists. its been 10 months alredy and i cant walk. is the stil hope?

Nerves do regenerate slowly so over time there could be an improvement (but growth is really slow 1 - 2mm per month)

Nerves are the slowest healing and repairing systems. You certainly could still gain back some function if you keep stimulating the nerves to grow. Try stretches, and tactile exercises (just different kinds of touch to your feet. It would be a good idea to contact a physiotherapist to help you. There are also different kinds of electro-therapies that can help stimulate nerve repair.
