Much depends upon the reason for the Kyphosis - is it congenital, due to poor posture etc... Best would be to consult a chiropractor who could indeed advise you on better posture or reasons for the curvature. Tall youngsters often develope an adolescent kyphosis simply due to bending forwards/adopting a "hunched" posture. You do need expert advice and in some instances even care for the condition - so visit a chiropractor for further evaluation.
