knee pain when excercising

i'm 26 years old and started jogging 3 months ago. After I ran for about 10 minutes my right knee, between lateral femur and fibula starts paining. As soon as I walk the pain is gone, when I run again the pain starts again. Any ideas?

Hi LM
Good chance your gastroc muscle in your calf is playing up. It is involved in running and jumping. Try stretching it as well as you hamstring.
