Knee injury

What would the best treatment be for a fractured knee cap?
What type of exercise/physio would you recommend?
How long will it take to heal and will it ever be the same again?

Hi Rosieu

If there is minimal displacement (ie the fracture is there but there is not a big gap then it can be treated conservatively( in a cast) If there is a large break and muscle function is limited then surgery is useful.
It should be back to functioning normal but you will need to follow physio after its healed.
