Kilojoules for life

Would like to know how many kilojoules a healthy woman of 30 years, 1.65m tall, with low activity, should eat per day to stay healthy? and how many kilojoules should she eat to loose weight?
Would also like to know how many kilojoules a man of 36, 1.78m, with low activity should eat to stay healthy, and how many kilojoules to eat to loose weight? awaiting your response, best wishes

Dear Polka
According the US National Academy of Sciences females from the age of 11 to 50 require 2 200 kcal or 9 200 kJ to maintain their weight. To lose weight you would have to reduce your energy intake to 6 300 kJ per day.
Males between 25 and 50, should ingest 2 900 kcal or 12 200 kJ to maintain weight, and 8 200 kJ to reduce.
