Hi da
Ek is "n 20 jarige manlike student, 1.83m lank en weeg 65kg. Wat moet my daaglikse kj inname wees om my gewig konstant te hou indien ek 5dae 'n week gaan gym ( 45minute gewigte en 15min kardio). En wat moet my kj inname wees inien ek glad nie oefen nie? Baie dankie!

Aangesien jou huidige BMI = 19,4 wat baie laag is, sal ek aanraai dat jy probeer om ten minste 12600 kJ per dag in te neem om genoeg energie te verskaf vir jou oefenprogram en om te verseker dat jy nie nog meer gewig verloor nie. Dit sal eintlik raadsaam wees as jy dit kan regkry om gewig aan te sit. As jy bv 74 kg sou weeg, sal jy 'n ideale BMI van 22 bereik. Mans benodig tussen 10500 kJ per dag (onaktief) tot 12600 kJ per dag (aktief, maar nie 'n top atleet nie).
