Kilojoule intake

How many kilojoules should i have each day in order to loose 1kg per week?

If you are going to count kilojoules, then you will need to ingest about 4500 kJ per day to lose weight. It is better to lose less weight per week (about 0.5 to 0.75 kg), so that you keep it off.
