Kidney stones?

Saturday - husband woke with severe middle left back pain. No OTC painkillers helped
Monday - GP suspects kidney stones due to bad infection from Urine test. Gives injection and Anti Biotics and orders Xray
Tuesday - Xray doesn''t show stones but inconclusive. He receives Pethidine injection from GP and more meds including Lantogesic and Buscopan.
Wednesday - It''s Eid, doctor not available and he is still in terrible pain, none of the painkillers word. What should we do?
