kCAL

My heart monitor shows energy spent as kCAL - how many kilojoules/calories is that?

Read this week's DietDoc Topic on 'Diet Confusion' and you will see that 1 kcal = 4,2 kJ, so multiply your reading with 4,2 to obtain the kJ count.
