junk food

hi i have been on and off diet for a month now , but i dont seem to be loosing any weight, i do exercise a little but its dufficult with a 1 year old around, i also have cravings for chocolate and other junk food, but i do eat veggies and fruit daily ,when i start seeing results ,please advise

If you go on and off your diet and if your diet is not really lower in energy and you don't do much exercise, then you may not lose any weight. I can only suggest that you compare the diet you are using with the slimming diet on this Website (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet’ and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy) and make the necessary adjustments. This diet should not cause cravings. You can also try taking your 1-year-old for walks (put her in a sling on your back, which will increase the amount of energy you use up) or buy a skipping rope and skip for 30 min a day.
