If you make juice from fresh fruits and vegetables and drink the juice immediately without storing it, then this is a very healthy option. Storing fruits and vegetables that have been very finely cut up during the liquidising process can lead to considerable losses of nutrients (e.g. vit C is reduced by exposure to oxygen).
