Drinking lemon and salt water will provide you with some vit C, but it does not promote weightloss or detoxification. Just make sure that you rinse your mouth or brush your teeth after drinking lemon water as the acid in the lemon juice can erode your tooth enamel. Rather avoid drinking salt water as the salt content can raise blood pressure in susceptible individuals and may damage the kidneys.
