Good morning mxoza

Masturbating is not bad for you, and it certainly won't make your penis smaller or thinner unless you do some really stange things with it, but even then it is an organ that is outside the body and , as such, it takes a lot of pounding anyway.

The statistics for masturbating for men, even in good realtionships, is high. Your testosterone levels could be high, or you may have learned a coping response to the world by masturbating every day. Look at your life and see if there are unresolved issues that you may be avoiding, and instead of dealing with them, you may be seeking the "high" of the orgasm to release the tension in your life.

Most men wake up in the morning and ask the question, "Am I going to have an orgasm today?'. If the answer is no, then many of us get grumpy. You may be simply addressing this by making sure you have one!

If your masturbating is getting in the way of your raltionship, then ask why, and if it has become obsessive, seek counselling. It may be your way of coping. Men should have at least 2 orgasms a week to keep the equipment in working order so to say. The more frequently a man has an orgasm, the less likely he is to have problems of erectile dysfunction later in life.

This said, if it is a problem, seek help from a psychologist.
