Dear Trish

Ivf is definitely a very good option for patients who suffer from both endometriosis and fibroids. Provided that the fibroids are not situated in the position where implantation could be effected. The fibroids must also not be such as size that it may impair the process of implantation by significantly altering the blood flow patterns. This should be carefully evaluated by your gynaecologist or fertility specialist before beginning the invitro fertilisation treatment
