Issues relpy to cs

The phone actually belongs to him and is registered to him via a contract but he had inserted a pre paid sim card in the phone enabling the my service provider to trace the number to that specific phone which we took to the his service provider who then provided details such as who the phone was allocated too. I ALSO HAD NO IDEA THAT THIS WAS POSSIBLE.

I havent confronted him directly but in msgs to the prepaid number i had told him that i know who he is and to please leave me alone. i have now chosen to ignore all msgs from both numbers. i know its him because deep down i know that i may have caused him some of the hurt he described in his msgs.
Maybe a game gone wrong ? a prank gone wrong ? if he has issues regardless of what was said i would like to help him.

Hm, really didn't know this was posible, or whether it is legal in terms of confidentiality law. And here I thought the purpose of forcing us all to register our sim-cards was to prevent Osama Bin Laden from operating out here.
Anyhow. You won't be able to help him unless these issues can be discussed calmly and openly ( and directly ) between you. Is it certain his current partner or someone else of possible ill-will could not have inserted a sim card into his phone for the purpose of sending these messages ?
