IS THIS NORMAL?

Does this count as irregular periods?

Period started:
JUNE: 21st
JULY:31st
AUGUST: Absent
SEPTEMBER: 2nd
OCTOBER: 7th and 24th
NOVEMBER: 17th
DECEMBER: 21st
JANUARY: 20th
