IS EK TE MAER

Ek is 1.50meter lank en weeg 45kg!Is ek te maer!Wat kan ek doen om gewig op te tel!HELP

Jou huidige BMI = 20, wat wel onder die ideaal van 22 is, waarvoor jy 49 kg behoort te weeg. Jy moet probeer om effens meer by al jou maaltye te eet en gesonde versnaperings soos kraakbrood met grondboontjiebotter, kaas, neute en droë vrugte te eet. Daar is ook uitstekende vloeibare maaltydvervangingsprodukte op die mark. Vra by enige apteek vir produkte soos Ensure of Fresubin of Nestle produkte. As jy gemiddeld 200 ml x 3 per dag drink van sulke maaltydvervangingsprodukte, dan behoort jy 1 kg per week op te tel. Moenie jou bestaande maaltye met die maaltydvervangingsprodukte vervang nie, maar gebruik dit as addisionele bronne van energie.
