I presume that you mean 5 weeks - a week after missing your period. Some women do feel morning sickness at this stage.

Well I am in my eight week already and by golly by morning sickness started at about 3 weeks and still going strong. I am on Vomifene tablets three times a day and trust me they only bring a tiny bit of relief.

I don't think so as i started to feel ill quite literally about 2 weeks after conception.
