Iron overload

Have been diagnosed with unusually high levels of iron, need to rethink my diet. What foods do I avoid that are high in iron.

I trust that you are also receiving medical treatment for this condition. Foods rich in iron include: all meat, all organ meats like liver, all fish and shellfish, egg yolk, legumes and dried fruit, spinach and wholegrain cereals.
